Why an acupressure mat first

Because it is the least complicated thing that works. No charging, no bluetooth, no account. Fifteen minutes on your back and your nervous system gets the signal to stand down.

People have used pressure on the back and neck to unwind for a very long time. We did not invent it. We just made a version worth keeping by the sofa - and priced it so it does not sit in a cupboard as an expensive mistake.

How we talk about it

We will not tell you a mat cures anything. It is not a medical device and we do not pretend otherwise. What we will tell you is what it feels like, honestly: sharp for the first minute, warm by minute five, and quiet after that.
